On July 12th, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce held a mobilization meeting for the preparation of the 3rd RCEP Regional (Shandong) Import Commodity Expo. Liu Chunchen, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Bureau, and Secretary of the Party Group of the Municipal Investment Promotion Center, presided over the meeting, with all personnel from the Organizing Committee Office attending. At the meeting, Yao Yunbao, the director of the Municipal Business Development Service Center, reported on the progress of the preparation work for the Expo and announced the division of labor plan for the organizing committee office. Liu Chunchen put forward specific requirements for the preparation work.
Liu Chunchen requested that all members of the organizing committee office should fulfill their respective duties and responsibilities, actively take on the work tasks assigned by the bureau's party group, and be responsible for the corresponding links. We need to further refine the work plan according to the division of tasks, improve work efficiency, reverse the construction period, and carry out wall chart operations. The team leader and members should be conscientious and responsible, strengthen reporting, refine the process, and strive to achieve excellence in each link to ensure the successful hosting of this expo. Liu Chunchen emphasized that as a provincial-level key exhibition, all departments must fully understand the significance of RCEP Expo, further improve their political position, clarify the division of responsibilities, and compact work responsibilities to ensure the smooth progress of all preparatory work. We need to take the exhibition process to a higher level and ensure that the third RCEP Expo is more outstanding, provides more thoughtful services, and achieves better results than the previous two.
